Shipping Policy

1. Shipping within Germany

• Minimum order value: For orders with a value of 25 € or more, shipping is free of charge.

• Shipping costs for lower order values: Stated during the checkout process. As a rule, the cost of standard shipping is 3,99€.

• Delivery time: Usually 1–3 business days.

• Shipping carriers: DHL or Deutsche Post.

2. Shipping within the EU

• Flat-rate shipping costs: 12,90 € per order.

• Delivery time: Usually 3–7 business days (depending on the country).

• Shipping carriers: DHL, Deutsche Post, UPS, DPD, FedEx.

3. Worldwide Shipping

• We currently do not offer worldwide shipping.

Processing Time

All items in stock are processed and prepared for dispatch within one business day. The actual dispatch takes place no later than one business day after receipt of payment. You will then receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including tracking information so that you can follow the delivery status.

Shipping Risk

Within the European Union, the shipping risk lies with the commercial seller until the parcel reaches the buyer. In the event of damage or loss during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can find a quick solution.

Returns and Return Shipments

• As a general rule, the buyer bears all return shipping costs.

• Should a shipment be damaged or lost, please inform us at an early stage. We will be happy to assist you and clarify the procedure for a reversal of the transaction.

• In the case of defective goods or warranty claims, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Please note: If no defect can be identified, we reserve the right to subsequently charge the shipping costs and a handling fee.
