Does the Trackcard One work with iPhone?
No. The One is built for Android (from Android 9 onwards) and uses Google Find Hub. For iPhone, there's the Trackcard Tag.
Does the card work with Huawei phones?
No, Huawei devices are not supported because they lack Google services.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 4 months per charge. It charges wirelessly on a charging pad, and battery replacement is never needed.
Is there an AirTag alternative for Android?
Yes, that's exactly what the Trackcard One is designed for: AirTag only works with iPhone, the One is officially integrated into Google's network and is located via millions of Android devices worldwide.
Can someone secretly track me with such a card?
There's built-in protection against this: Android phones and iPhones automatically warn when a foreign tracker travels undetected for an extended time. The location data itself is anonymized and only visible to the owner.
How do I pair the card with my phone?
Turn on Bluetooth and Internet, press the button on the card once, and confirm the Fast Pair popup. Important: only pair via the popup, not through Bluetooth settings.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Location tracking runs through Google's network at no ongoing cost.
Is Google's network sufficient to find my wallet again?
In cities, yes. There, Android devices are constantly passing by your card and reporting the location encrypted. In sparsely populated areas, it takes longer for a device to come within range. For nearby search, the card rings at 100 dB—you can hear it even through a jacket or sofa cushion.
Do I get a notification if I leave my wallet behind?
Android doesn't currently support this automatic notification in Find Hub. For this, the 'Find nearby' feature helps: Your phone shows you via the Bluetooth signal whether you're approaching the card and guides you step by step to it.
What happens if I switch phones?
The card is linked to your Google account, not to the device. On your new phone, simply sign in with the same account. If something goes wrong, remove the card from your account, reset it, and pair it again. Instructions on how to do this are in the manual.
